Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed to provide Masterplanning, Landscape Architecture and Public Realm Design for a new flagship health park in Truro city centre.

The project involved replacing the existing GP surgery on Lemon Street and the construction of contemporary, bespoke medical facilities to accommodate a range of health services.
​
As the site is located within a Conservation area, careful consideration was given to the building design and external works.
