Urban Design
Lavigne Lonsdale is a multi-disciplinary practice with the skill base to work on complex, large scale Masterplanning projects in the UK and abroad.
Our knowledge enables us to thoroughly consider the juxtaposition of the urban and environmental fabric of our cities, towns and villages. We create responsive and pragmatic solutions that improve our natural and man-made environments.
Whether we act as Lead Consultant or as part of a wider Masterplanning team, our experience enables us to solve problems and find practical, creative solutions.
Architecture
Lavigne Lonsdale provides a full Architecture service with experience covering housing, affordable housing, bespoke/luxury housing, health, commercial, leisure and education.
This complements our Masterplanning service and helps provide an integrated response for projects from inception to completion, for both large-scale masterplan developments through to one-off private houses.
We have a team of experienced, qualified architects and architectural technologists to take projects from feasibility to planning and into construction.
We pride ourselves on delivering projects that exceed our Client's aspirations, whilst understanding ‘placemaking’ and context, which ensures that our buildings respond to the local environment and character.
Landscape Architecture
Lavigne Lonsdale provides a full Landscape Architectural Design service. We are a registered practice with the Landscape Institute with award winning projects in all sectors.
Landscape binds our Master planning and Architectural services and allows us an integrated design response for all projects from inception to completion.
We offer a wide range of landscape skills including the design and delivery of; large scale landscape projects, public realm, new housing schemes, urban parks, open space projects, landscape visual impact assessments, landscape master planning, historic landscapes, green space and infrastructure networks and feasibility studies.
Our design process is collaborative and inclusive and our experience ensures we develop a unique approach that continues to deliver some of the most complex and challenging schemes within our profession.
