The City Hospital project involved the regeneration of a derelict hospital site in the centre of Truro.

Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed by Midas Homes as part of the design team to develop a high-density residential scheme for the site, whilst maintaining the original Listed buildings.

Lavinge Lonsdale developed the concept for the external environment, including hard and soft landscaping. This scheme had to address a challenging site, which had considerable topographic variations and constraints.
