The St. Michael’s Hotel is one of the most prestigious hotels in Falmouth.

Lavigne Lonsdale as part of a design team led by PBWC
provided Masterplanning services to develop a scheme that will integrate the existing hotel building with the acquired Falmouth Beach Hotel site, into one landscape setting.

The site will include a high-rise residential apartment block with commercial interests below to provide active frontage.

The Landscape Design includes spa garden, wellness walking routes, parkland gardens, water features and parking regimes.
