The new health centre at Praze-an-Beeble in rural west Cornwall, provides bespoke medical facilities to serve the local community.

Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed by C1C to as part of a design team led by Bluesky Architects, to provide Site Planning and Landscape Architecture services throughout the design phase of the project.

​

The scheme included a SUDS drainage system and habitat creation, along with the design and manufacture of bespoke street furniture, including benches, cycle stands and tree grilles.

​

Lavigne Lonsdale was novated to Mansell Construction for the construction phase of the project, for all of the external hard and soft landscape works. The furniture was manufactured by a local crafts firm, Scott Woyka Design, based in Falmouth.
