Today we made our first visit to our newly completed scheme, Chymaen, down in Marazion.
Chymaen was an extensive overhaul and refurbishment of an existing bungalow. With some structural modifications and a small extension we were able to turn this property into a stunning new holiday home for our Client. The internal spaces are now more adept at dealing with modern day living with open plan living areas, plenty of natural daylight and a fresh contemporary interior.
In addition, the scheme boasts some stunning views over towards Mounts Bay, so it was important that expansive glazing was installed to allow the resident's to admire the view!
