Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed by the Penzance Regeneration Partnership (PRP) to develop a Masterplan and spatial strategy for Penzance to explore the opportunities to create additional employment, residential and leisure spaces within the town centre.

The first stage of the project was to undertake significant research and analysis to form a baseline study area, which includes land within the Business Improvement District (BID).

The second stage of the project involved identifying potential sites for development that were suitable for a variety of mixed-use schemes. 

​

The recommendations made will inform future development and act as a catalyst for the regeneration of the town centre.
