Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed by Cornwall Council to provide Masterplanning services for the Penryn Campus, which is shared by the University of Exeter and Falmouth University.

Lavigne Lonsdale developed a scheme to expand the campus and create a new 'Technology Village', comprising of student accommodation and teaching facilities, as well as commercial and leisure opportunities for the students and staff.
