McCarthy & Stone approached Lavigne Lonsdale as one of its Framework Consultants to provide Architecture and Landscape Architecture for a brownfield site in Ottery St Mary.

The scheme provides 29 high-quality, contemporary retirement apartments. Communal areas and a landscaped garden have also been included to provide social spaces for residents to enjoy.

The project is currently on site, with completion expected in June 2019.
