Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed as part of a design team led by Harrison Sutton Partnership to provide Site Masterplanning, Environmental Impact Assessments and Landscape Architecture.

The project involves the regeneration and development of Noss Marina in Dartmouth to provide a new marine building, marine school, hotel and spa, as well as significant public realm works.

​

Lavigne Lonsdale has provided detailed public realm drawings and marina hotel designs, which have been approved and awaiting final detail. 

​

Planning was granted in 2017 and the construction of Phase 1 was undertaken in 2018.
