Lavigne Lonsdale produced a Masterplanning and Urban Design concept for the redevelopment of a former mining site in Leicester.

The proposed scheme incorporates a new sustainable settlement including 1000 dwellings, primary school, commercial/employment space, local community centre, leisure facilities and care home.
