Lavigne Lonsdale was approached by a Private Client to provide Architectural services to explore the possibility of converting an existing outbuilding and former piggery into a 2 bedroom holiday cottage.

 

The scheme is located within a World Heritage Site and the setting is extremely sensitive. The design has, therefore, been carefully considered to meet both the clients brief and provide a contextual, sensitive response to the surrounding environment.

The scheme successfully obtained Planning Permission and the Technical Design is being progressed.
