Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed to create a Masterplan for a new urban extension to Carbis Bay on the edge of St Ives.

 

The site has fantastic views across the bay, therefore, a sensitive solution was developed to improve the entrance to Carbis Bay and create more retail and leisure facilities, affordable housing, sports pitches, doctors surgery and employment space.
