Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed by the Harrison Sutton
Partnership to provide input into the Landscape Design
and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) for this residential scheme in Dartmouth.

The design incorporates green roof space and courtyards at each layer of the site, creating a greater landscaped area and an exciting and engaging external environment.

It also includes private external spaces as well as shared open spaces for future residents.
