McCarthy & Stone approached Lavigne Lonsdale as one of its Framework Consultants to develop a Detailed Application for a brownfield site in Bude.

 

The scheme comprises of 31, 2 bedroom, later living apartments. Many of the high-quality units, include patios or balconies to provide outside spaces for residents. 

 

Lavigne Lonsdale provided Architecture and Landscape Architecture services for the development of this scheme.

The project is currently on site and construction is progressing.
