Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed to work on the Vision Document for the Manydown scheme, in collaboration with Aecom.

The scheme will incorporate 3500 homes, 2 Primary schools and one Secondary school, along with a 98-hectare country park. Future plans for the site will incorporate an additional 8000 new homes.

This first stage of this project was completed in 2014. Lavigne Lonsdale has now been re-appointed to provide evidence at the Examination in Public for the Local Plan Application for Manydown.

In addition, Lavigne Lonsdale has also been appointed as part of a design team, led by Tibbalds to develop the Outline Planning Application.
