Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed by Molwin Homes to undertake an Urban Design Review of the Wherrytown site.

Following a successful presentation to the Town & District Council, Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed as Lead Consultant to carry out the wider Masterplan for the area and to formulate a team to deliver an Outline & Detailed First Phase Planning Application for the site. We were also appointed for the adjoining sites and to carry out the contract packages for the external works.

This derelict, 2 hectare waterfront site is in a sensitive location on the edge of the Conservation Area in Penzance. After extensive public consultation and a CABE design review, the scheme received detailed consent for 67 new homes.
