Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed by property developer, the Rowe Group to provide Masterplanning, Architecture and Landscape Architecture services for the development of a parcel of land in West Tolgus, Redruth.

The masterplan comprises of 43 high-quality dwellings with a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bed units. The scheme has been designed to ensure that the housing is in keeping with its surroundings and sensitive to the environment.
