The original brief was to explore the feasibility of a dental practice extending their building to the rear, as well as expanding into the neighbouring property. This was to provide additional dental facilities for the local community and increase patient capacity.

The scheme proved feasible and Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed to produce a full Detailed Planning Application. With the building situated within a Conservation Area, the design was sensitive to its surroundings and Planning Approval was gained for the redevelopment scheme.

A Building Regulations package was also produced and Lavigne Lonsdale undertook the Contract Administration role throughout the construction process .

The new facilities were opened in September 2017.
