Usherwood House, is a Grade II Listed, art deco property in Surrey. It was designed in 1934 by Amyas Connell and Basil Ward (which later became the Connell Ward and Lucas Partnership).

The property stands in around 1.22 acres of land and incorporates a sunken annex building.

Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed to provide Landscape Architecture services. The design sought to integrate the house into the garden and link the main house with the annex. This was achieved through incorporating new seating areas, paving and a terrace, combined with a mixed planting regime, woodland walk, orchard, and vegetable garden.

Sculptural elements were also included throughout the design, in keeping with buildings architectural status.
