Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed to provide Architectural services to design a scheme which incorporates a new surf life-saving centre, as well as a cluster of residential units, on the beachfront in Porthtowan.

Visualisations were produced to inform the local Planning Authority and test the scheme, to provide evidence for the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment .
