The Middlepoint scheme sought to provide 35 luxury apartments, as well as a reception building, leisure facilities (swimming pool and tennis courts) and underground parking. The site, which is a former oil tank facility is set within the Pendennis Headland, in close proximity to Pendennis Castle, with stunning views over the Fal estuary.

Due to the sensitive nature of the site, it was essential to carefully consider the impact of the proposed buildings on the surrounding environment. The design, therefore, sought to provide a solution that helps blend the buildings into the landscape.
