Lavigne Lonsdale were appointed to provide Architectural services for a private client. The brief was to look at the remodelling of an existing detached property in an enviable coastal location overlooking St Michaels Mount within the Marazion Conservation Area and designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANoB)

 

The property had become tired and dated and was in need of a full renovation. The proposals looked

to re-configure the existing accommodation and several extensions to maximise the views out over St Michaels Mount whilst still fitting contextually into the setting.

 

Lavigne Lonsdale successfully gained planning approval in February 2019 and the project was completed June 2020.
