The family-owned, Carbis Bay Estate wanted to incorporate beach-side lodges into their leisure offering
The lodges provide modern holiday accommodation situated on the beach, with views over the bay from private balconies. Each of the 6 properties incorporates a sun deck, hot tub, and rooftop/beach gardens.
Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed to provide Landscape Planning for the entire hotel site, to create one holistic destination. Environmental considerations for the beach and hotel grounds were overcome by design solutions, including; walling, retention and flood capacity details.
