Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed to this two-stage project by Cornwall Council, as part of a design team incorporating Walters Cohen Architects and PBWC.

Stage 1 involved the creation of the Masterplan for the site, including a Secondary and Primary school, as well as new sports pitches, all-weather pitch, and car and coach parking facilities. The scheme also included ecological diversification works.

Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed for Stage 2 of the project, which involved the design and delivery of the external works package for the new Primary school component. Works included ecological enhancements, play areas, courtyards, land sculpting, multi-use games area, outdoor classrooms and specialist environments designed for learning.
