Bosence Farm is a residential drug detox facility, providing medical, social and educational facilities. The centre is situated within the Cornish countryside and the building embraces traditional, organic materials within its design.

Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed as part of the design team to undertake the Landscape Design. As the site was situated in a rural location, near an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it was important to create a design that further enhanced the natural building materials and reduced the visual impact of the structure. It also needed to provide therapeutic, external spaces to support wellbeing for the centre's residents.

This scheme was awarded Project of the Year (under £3m) at the Michelmores Property Awards and Western Morning News Property Awards.
