The award-winning Atlantic View scheme involved the development of six bespoke eco-lodges, with stunning views of Widemouth Bay. The project has replaced existing, redundant holiday accommodation on a site that borders an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The design has fully embraced sustainable principles, through the use of natural materials, as well as incorporating features, such as solar panels and a green roof system.

Lavigne Lonsdale was appointed as part of the design team to provide Landscape Architecture services. It was essential that the design complemented the buildings and ensured the entire development blended effortlessly into the wild heathland and surrounding coastal environment.

Atlantic View was awarded'Sustainable Project of the Year' at the Michelmores Property Awards 2016.
