Overview
This was a two stage project.
Stage 1 : Lavigne Lonsdale were appointed by Cornwall Council to work alongside Walters & Cohen Architects and PBWC Architects on the masterplan for the overall Secondary and Primary School campus, including new sports pitches, a new all weather pitch,. car and coach parking facilities and ecological diversification works.
Stage 2 : Lavigne Lonsdale were then appointed to design and deliver the external works package for the new primary school component which was completed in 2010.
