Nailsea Glass Works

 Lavigne Lonsdale have won the bid to design Nailsea Glassworks Park following a competitive bid process. 

The team have started work on this exciting project which involves the design of a park on the historic Nailsea Glass works site, submit for HLF (Heritage Lottery Fund) funding and then detail the scheme and act as lead consultant for the build over the next two years.

Hayle Urban Extension

 Lavigne Lonsdale have been appointed by Linden Homes and Cranford Estates to prepare a Framework plan for the urban extension of the historic settlement of Hayle in Cornwall. This could provide land for over 1000 homes and associated community facilities to support the existing town centres of Foundry and Copperhouse. The team are preparing a report to submit as part of the Core Strategy options in March 2012.

Torbay, Urban Extension

 The Long Road, Torbay Application received  planning consent in February 2012!!!!!!!!!!

Lavigne Lonsdale acted as Masterplanners and Landscape Planners for the urban extension of Torbay, on behalf of Deeley Freed. The scheme included 350 homes, Local Centre, Energy Centre, Student Accommodation and 450,000 sq ft of employment space plus a country park.

The Princes Foundation

 Lavigne Lonsdale (Martyn Lonsdale) has been accepted by the Princes Foundation for the Built Environment as part of their network of practitioners.

Work has already started with our appointment on West Winch Enquiry by Design for the  urban extension of Kings Lynn, including 1600 homes and associated  community facilitiies, including a Country park.

Coalville Urban Extension Submission

 Standard Hill, Hugglescote, Coalville, Leicestershire application due to be submitted before xmas !!!!!!!!!! The scheme for Miller Homes delivers 400 much needed houses in Coalville to help the Authority meet their targets for housing delivery.  The 19ha site is well located to the urban centre of the town and aims to provide better footpath and cycle links to the surrounding area. Post Application public consultation due in late January 2012.
